ZE Electric Store provides warranty services for eligible products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the procedures for claiming warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

Most of our solar inverters and lithium batteries come with a manufacturer's warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary depending on the product brand and model.

2. Claiming Warranty

To claim a warranty, you must present the original invoice and the warranty card provided at the time of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by physical abuse, water damage, improper installation, or electrical surges (unless specified). Products tampered with by unauthorized technicians will void the warranty.
